SECTION 1: The Home Page | SECTION 2: Getting To Your Pro Shop | SECTION 3: Customizing The Store - Site Administrators | SECTION 4: Reports | SECTION 5: Quoting Bulk Purchase Items | SECTION 6: Team Order Feature   SECTION 1: The Home Page The Sporting Essentials home page is the gateway to five strategic alliance partner Pro Shops and a Sporting Essentials Corporate Pro Shop.       SECTION 2: Getting To Your Pro Shop Clubs that are affiliated to a Sporting Essentials partner, will click on their specific logo (i.e. Alabama Recreation & Parks) and then locate their club from the drop-down menu on the partner page.  If a club is not affiliated to a SE partner, they would click on the Sporting Essentials Corporate Pro Shop to enter the site.       SECTION 3: Customizing The Store - Site Administrators Site administrator's can make changes to their Pro Shop to reflect their local community's unique tastes and interests. This is accomplished by checking or un-checking product boxes in the 'Update Homepage' section in the administrative area to change the featured items on the page. To access the administrative area, a site administrator would click on the "Admin logon" link at the bottom of every page, and enter their username and password. Note: To retrieve a forgotten password, simply click on the "Forgot your password?" link.       SECTION 4: Reports Site administrator's can run reports to help keep track of online purchases. Reports can be created for total purchases by date and purchases by sport or product category by date.       SECTION 5: Quoting Bulk Purchase Items The Sporting Essentials administrative area allows clubs to request quotes on the items they purchase in bulk. The site administrator will be prompted to enter basic specifications into a bid template, including preferred manufacturer, product description, color, size, quantity, date needed and budget: The Sporting Essentials order department generates a quote by inputting relevant manufacturer, product, date availability and price information into the original template. Site administrator's are able to view the quote in the 'View Open Quotes' section in your administrative area: Site administrator's can ultimately accept or reject the quote on its merits by checking one of the three boxes at the bottom of the quote: Should the site administrator check 'any' or 'all items', they can connect to PayPal to authorize and complete their payment. Upon receipt of payment, an order is generated and sent to the Sporting Essentials supply operations department.     SECTION 6: Team Order Feature Team players can order uniforms and accessories from their very own custom Team Pro Shop. To begin the process, the Club or Organization’s Site Administrator sends the Sporting Essentials Site Administrator the following for each participating team: Team Name Coach’s Name (first and last) Coach’s address (street, city, state, zip) Coach’s E-Mail Address Coach’s Telephone Number (optional) NOTE: Click here to download the submission template and send to c.blakey@snpnet.com.  Add the name of your club name to the name of the saved file (e.g. SanFranciscoSoccerClub.xls)   Step 1 – The Coach clicks on the Coach Logon hyperlink at the bottom of the Club or Organization’s Pro Shop homepage   Step 2 – The Coach enters their unique user name and password (logon screen)   Step 3 – The coach’s administrative center allows the coach to change their password, enter their team roster, and create a shopping list.   Step 4 – During their first visit to the administrative center, the coach clicks on the “Create Your Team Roster” hyperlink and enters the names and e-mail addresses of each player on the team. The coach must click on the “Add Player” button each time a new player is added to the roster.   Note - An e-mail address is required to send the shopping list to each player and for the player to access the shopping list. Step 5 – The coach clicks on the ‘Create a Shopping List’ hyperlink, names the list, enters a starting jersey number, and clicks on the “Add Shopping List” button.    Note - All of the items on a shopping list have to be purchased by all of the players that receive the list.  Therefore, a separate shopping list will have to be created for outfield players and goalkeepers.      Out-field Player Shopping list (starting jersey number 2, 3, 4 ,5...)     Goalkeeper Shopping list (starting jersey number 1)     Step 6 – The coach selects the purchase items from several different sporting categories.     Step 7 – The coach selects the players that will receive the list and then hits the “Submit” button.   Step 8 – The parent of the player will receive an email from the coach inviting them to order items from the list.   Step 9 – The parent clicks on the link in the email and enters their email address.   Step 10 – The parent clicks on the shopping list name.   Step 11: The products will appear on the screen. The parent clicks on the “Begin Purchasing” button.     Step 12 – The parent specifies the size, color and quantity of items and proceeds to checkout. Note: There are four steps to the checkout process. The parent must set up a customer account in order to complete your order   Checkout Process – Step 1 (General Info & Billing Address)     Checkout Process – Step 2 (Shipping Method)     Checkout Process – Step 3 (Verify Order)     Checkout Process – Step 4 (Submit Payment)     Step 13 – The entire order is shipped to the coach when every player on the team has completed the order process.
